At 4pm Sunday October 17 THE CAPITOL STEPS return to Utica for their third time to give us their spin on current politics. They have recorded over thirty albums, including their current albums The Liberal Shop of Horrors (music to filibuster by) and Barackin' around the Christmas Tree. The "Steps" are equal opportunity satirists - no politician is safe from their satire. Truly, they put the "mock" into Democracy!
